Description

Lipase is a kind of feedstuff enzyme based on the deep-layer liquid fermentation of fine strains and advanced post-abstracting technology.
Lipase can catalyze both oil α-bond and β-bond, can hydrolyze triglyceride or fatty acid esters and generate mono- or di-glyceride and free fatty acid,
hydrolyze natural oil into fatty acid and glycerol, and can catalyze fat synthesizing and ester exchange reactions at the same time.

Application process (to be adjusted according to experimental conditions)
Food industry:
With a desirable emulsifying property, lipase can reinforce gluten network, strengthen the stability and fermentation resisting power of dough,
enhance the strength and increase the product volume. Lipase also has such functions as whitening, and improving the skin quality and inner luster of steamed bread products.
Lipase can also improve the inner organization structure of steamed bread products, enhance the apparent texture and improve the taste of steamed bread products.
Lipase can prolong the shelf life of products and improve the re-steaming effect.
The recommended dosage is 1.0-3.0g/100 kg of flour (10-30ppm).
Feed industry:
Adding lipase into feed can release short chain fatty acid, enhance the energy utilization rate of oily feed raw material,
enhance and improve the flavor and aroma of feed, and whet the livestock’s appetite.
The recommended dosage is 0.1‰-1‰ of raw material.
Notes:
1, Lipase can be completely dissolved in water, and can be used safely and reliably. During operation, please do not directly touch the enzyme preparation.
In case of any touch, please wash it off with clear water in time;
2, After unpacking it, please use it as soon as possible. The remaining part needs to be sealed for storage.
